I am a dedicated licensed women’s therapist with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women dealing with anxiety and depression. My passion lies in supporting women as they rediscover joy, redefine their relationships, and embrace a more fulfilling life.

QUALIFICATIONS AND APPROACH...

I hold certifications in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Brainspotting, and Perinatal Mood Disorder Level 1 training. These specialized trainings enhance my ability to address a range of mental health concerns.

In my practice, I primarily draw upon cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, brainspotting, and mindfulness treatment. Recognizing that each individual is unique, I believe in tailoring the therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of my clients. By integrating various methods, we can create a personalized treatment plan that resonates with you.
