Starting in the fall of 2023, I am excited to introduce walk and talk therapy as a new option for clients. This innovative approach combines the benefits of women’s mental health support with the rejuvenating power of nature and physical activity. Instead of traditional office-based sessions, walk and talk therapy takes place outdoors, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings while engaging in meaningful therapeutic conversations.
Walk and talk therapy provides a unique and dynamic experience that can enhance the therapeutic process. Walking side by side, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a relaxed and comfortable setting. If I am out of network for you and you would like to pursue out of network reimburesment through your insurance company, I will provide you with a Superbill. This Superbill contains the necessary information to seek reimbursement. However please refer to your individual plan for out of network benefits.
